So sorry for writing in English but this because my pc is not supporting the Arabic language for the time being
The program is VLC media player and it is the best in the world now because of many reasons
1-it can plays the media files even if you don't have any codecs installed in your pc
2-you can see any part of the media file by moving the slide and it works so fast without any blocking
3-it is a free program
